If you have something to say that you truly feel can help the situation, say it. If it helps, great!. If nobody listens to you and the problem doesn’t get solved, it’s unfortunate for them. Try and keep your suggestions peaceful. If you had the solution, don’t rub it in the others face. Politely accept the fact that you helped solve the problem and continue to the next problem. There is only one winner – the end-user. Let’s help them win the game. It will help by boosting their confidence – resulting in a happy customer who will return back to you for support.
